Carbon supports the Testimonial Custom Post Type enabled by Jetpack. For greater flexibility, we’ve also added support for displaying a single testimonial:

How to display a specific Jetpack testimonial

To include a single testimonial anywhere, use this shortcode, where post_id is the id of the testimonial you want to display.

[single_testimonial id=post_id]

By using the Bedrock Custom Field / Shortcode widget you can then easily place specific testimonials in any widget area, on any page.
